Shipping:

I am a Dutch based business so my shipping times and costs will reflect this.                    

All pieces are handmade to order and shipped within 14 days.

I ship all packages with PostNL.

Please keep in mind that Covid-19 can have a negative effect on the domestic and international shipping time. Check the tracking code provided with your shipping information for any updates.

Customs and import taxes:

I am not responsible for customs and import taxes or delays due to customs.

Refund Policy:

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please e-mail me within 7 days of delivery. Send items back within 14 days of delivery, in its original condition.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

Sizing:

Most items come in sizes Small, Medium and Large. Please check the 'How to measure your head circumference' section for an image of how to correctly measure your size.

All items are made with stretchy fabrics.

Washing Instructions:

Hand wash only, preferably with luke warm water. Gently squeeze out the excess water and let the item dry on a clean towel.
